Power Issue: First, check if the power supply is normal. For battery-powered faucets, check if the batteries are charged and installed correctly; if it's a power adapter, inspect if the plug is tightly connected and if the power cord is damaged.
Sensor Failure: If the power is fine, block the infrared sensor with your hand to see if the indicator light comes on. No response might indicate a sensor failure; consider replacing the infrared sensor.
Solenoid Valve Failure: If the indicator light is on but there's no water flow, disassemble the solenoid valve for cleaning, then reassemble it. If there's no operation sound from the valve core when you sense with your hand, the solenoid valve coil needs replacement.
2.Low Water Flow
Water Pressure and Pipe Issues: Check if the water pressure and pipe flow are normal. If you live in a high floor, there might be insufficient water pressure; contact your property management to resolve. Also, inspect if there's any deformation or blockage in the pipe that could cause reduced flow.
Filter Clog: Check if there's any debris blocking the filter screen at the water intake end of the faucet. If so, unscrew the faucet connection and clean the filter.
Leakage Problems
1.Constant Dripping, Can't Shut Off
Foreign Object Blocking the Sensor: Check if there's any foreign object blocking the sensor window. If there is, clean it out.
Filter Screen Blockage: Check if the filter screen at the water intake end of the faucet is blocked by silt or debris. If it is, clean it.
Solenoid Valve Failure: If there are no issues with the above two, disassemble the solenoid valve and clean the valve core, spring, and diaphragm. If it still can't shut off the water, you'll need to replace the solenoid valve.
Sensor Problems
1.No Sensing, Indicator Light Won't Light Up
Power Issue: Check if the power supply is normal. For battery-powered faucets, check the battery level and installation. For power adapter-powered faucets, inspect the plug and power cord.
Sensor Head Failure: If the power is normal, but the indicator light doesn't come on when you sense with your hand, replace the sensor head.
2.Sensing but Not Sensitive
Sensor Window Positioning: The sensor window of the faucet should be facing down, and at least 25CM away from the bottom of the sink basin to ensure sensitivity. Adjust according to the actual situation.
Environmental Factors: Check if there are strong lights or electromagnetic interferences affecting the sensing in the surrounding environment. If so, adjust the faucet position or eliminate the sources of interference."
